Chapter 15. Multiple Redundancy

IntegraXor supports dual levels of redundancy, one is Network Level Redundancy and another one is System Level Redundancy. Both of them can either run concurrently or independently and are totally versatile and scalable, which means no limitation for the numbers of redundancy.

On licensing aspect, Network Level Redundancy is a built-in feature that is readily available whereas System Level Redundancy will require additional module to run. On the other hand, although Network Level Redundancy allows a tag to be configured once instead of multiple times, the tag count will still be based on the number of channels being configured. For instance, if one redundant device has 100 tags, and 3 channels has been configured for this device, then the I/O tag count will be 300 tags.
