IEC 60870-5-104 device setting shall be entered with the IP address and port number like "192.168.1.15:2404". The device setting is displayed at the right-hand-side property view. All the device settings must be correct in order to establish the connection.

Originator address is used in the second byte of COT. The default value is 0.
