Terms & Conditions

  • This promotion started by 2008 and will last till 31Dec2012.
  • Authorized project will continue running permanently once registered.
  • License registration can be done for as many project as possible.
  • All registration details must be valid for items such as Country, City, Location and Email contact.
  • The only valid driver is Modbus RTU/ASCII for Serial or Ethernet. No mix and matched with other purchased Driver(s).
  • On top of local display, two more remote clients which have different IP is granted under this promotion.
  • No add-in module like Report, OPC server etc is allowed.
  • No chat, phone or fax support is available for free license.
  • Free technical support is available but is limited to bug fixes and basic problems. We cannot afford to produce a sample under free license.
  • This promotion is not valid when our in-house project engineer, distributor, registered S.I. is hired to execute the specific project.
  • Authorization is not allowed on any type of virtual machine.
  • Authorization will only be accepted for beta/release candidate, stable version is reserved for paid user only.
  • No administrative fee is imposed for this Free 128 Modbus I/O promotion.

Other Free Licenses

The other promotional licenses below (Education and Green) are subject to a small administrative fee of USD100.00 per license registration. These promotions are not related to Free 128 I/O license and may discontinue without prior notice and subject to approval by the authorized distributor(s) of the region.

  • Free Education License*

    We are offering free licenses or substanstial discounts for use by institutions of learning like universities or colleages. These organizations may use any of our IntegraXor products for internal use (not for resale) at any of their own or associate's establishments. Please contact us (with your .edu email extension) if you wish to apply and you must agree that we have the full authority to accept or reject any application without giving any reason.

  • Free Green Project License*

    We are also offering free licenses or substantial discounts for environmental-friendly projects that contributes directly to environmental improvements or preservation. The organizations pursuing these projects may use any of our IntegraXor products for use in the approved project only. Please contact us if you wish to apply and provide sufficient evidence on environmental-friendly content. You must agree that we have the full authority to accept or reject any application without giving any reason.
    The green project must contains R&D element whereby it will improve the existing method of work that will save or improve the environment. The technology used must not be older than 5 years and it should be at least the first 5 installation base for one country. Applicant must explain how is the environment could be improved by adopting new implementation. For instance, installing street light with solar power is nothing new and will be disqualified. One of the approved project is for Wind Research Center at Guangdong Key Laboratory of Clean Energy Technology (CET Lab), China.

How to License

A project can be fully developed and tested first before obtaining a license. Unregistered project is fully functional but requires restart when server automatically shutdown at the end of the demo period. A license registered project will run without interruptions. Please email your registration file (*.ilr) to register@integraxor.com to obtain your authorization file (*.ila).

You are encouraged to purchase the license upfront, and authorize the license for the designated site PC later. We always give higher priority in supporting paid user for problem solving, providing sample or even feature request.

At IntegraXor server, click on Help > License.. This will launch the Registration Wizard which will guide you in the registration of IntegraXor. It mainly involves generation of the *.ilr (IntegraXor License Registration) file at the server, sending the file to us and uploading of the *.ila (IntegraXor License Authorization) file issued by us. Note that the software key could not be transferred to another machine, so you should only perform the registration process on the PC allocated for site installation.

Please allow at most three (3) working days for processing. And be reminded that you do not need to get a license for testing or even development purpose, the server can run continuously for 2 days every time it's restarted.
